Freo, through its Spanish branch, is going to construct office space spanning 38,000 square metres on a plot that belongs to Miete in the financial district of Barcelona. The German company will invest €150 million in this project and will try to sell it for €200 million.
Freo’s office complex is scheduled to be finished in the second quarter of 2022. The project is going to be built on two blocks separated by a road, with a surface area of 6,700 square metres on one side and 2,400 square metres on the other, according to Idealista/news.
