The 10 Socimis that made their debuts on BME Growth and Euronext Access in 2022 own properties valued at 1.523 billion euros. Foreign capital accounted for 91.6% of the value of those properties, whilst the build to rent segment captured the interest of investors, accounting for 58.5% of assets corresponding to housing, compared to 33.5% in 2021.
These are some of the main conclusions to emerge from the VII Analysis of the evolution of the Socimis incorporated in Spain that are listed on the BME Growth and the Euronext Access, compiled by the adviser Armanext.
