Fitch Ratings has assigned the property developer Vía Célere a long-term issuer credit rating of ‘BB-‘. This places the company on the radar for speculation although it has a stable outlook, pending the evolution of its rental business.
The credit rating comes at a key moment for the real estate company. The firm led by José Ignacio Morales is currently working with JP Morgan to issue a bond amounting to around 250 million euros with a five-year term, in an operation that is unprecedented in the sector.
