The coworking company First Workplaces has announced the addition of a new site to its portfolio.
Specifically, the firm founded in 2009 and partially owned by Sherpa Capital since 2018 will open a new centre in the Torre Realia in Barcelona. The building is located in the Business Area Plaza Europa complex, next to the Fira Barcelona Congress Centre, and is the second tallest building in the city.
The 1,400-m2 coworking centre can be adjusted to accommodate 10-m2 offices all the way to major corporate offices. As in the rest of First Workplaces’ coworking spaces, it will have services such as Wifi, 24-hour reception, and more.
The company led by Óscar García Toledo operates seven flexible workplaces in Madrid, two in Barcelona and another in Málaga. For the next two years, its objective is to double its portfolio and reach 70,000 square metres of floor space.
