The Valencian family company Family Cash, led by José and Carles Canet, has reached an agreement with the pan-European investment fund, Corum Asset Management, for the sale of a portfolio comprising seven hypermarkets located in the Community of Valencia and Murcia.
Specifically, the properties are located in the towns of Xátiva, Ontinyent, Gandía, Museros (Valencia), Vinaroz (Castellón), Alcoy (Alicante) and Molina de Segura (Murcia) and have a gross leasable area of 54,300 square metres and almost 3,150 parking spaces. All of the establishments are currently operational.
