The real estate developer Exxacon Smart Living has started the commercialisation of a promotion of 102 apartments and penthouses, in the Malagan town of Estepona.
The homes, which will have a constructed surface area of up to 102.75 m2 each, with terraces spanning up to 97.36 m2 and ground floor gardens spanning up to 52.03 m2, are going to be built to the highest standards in terms of architecture, energy-saving capacity and sustainability.
