An ambitious land operation is afoot in Sevilla. Specifically, in the urban area of Entrenúcleos, located in Dos Hermanas (Sevilla). There, the property developer Exxacon has acquired a plot of land that will allow it to develop 327 new homes.
Exxacon has acquired plot BC-9 in Entrenúcleos, which spans 13,260 square meters and has a buildable surface area of more than 35,000 sqm. There, it will promote a maximum of 327 residential units, distributed over 10 storeys (a ground floor plus nine upper floors).
