“2021 was a year of continuation, after 2020 which was marked by Covid. There was a slight variation in the company’s cash flow, which grew in the shopping centre segment thanks to a decrease in aid to tenants, and increased but by less in the office segment, where occupancy levels were at historic highs,” says Clemente.
