A major office operation has been signed in Madrid. Mutualidad de la Abogacía, a non-profit insurance entity that offers solutions to cover welfare and savings needs for legal professionals and their families, has purchased the office building at number 106 Calle Francisco Silvela in the centre of the Spanish capital from the fund Europe Value Investors.
The asset, which is managed by AEW, was built in 2002 and renovated in 2019. The building spans a total above-ground surface area of 6,269.69 square metres, distributed from the ground floor to the eighth floor, plus a total below-ground surface area of 2,564.15 square metres comprising 63 parking spaces spread over three basement floors.
