Estudio Lamela is going to be in charge of the renovation of the historic Formentor Hotel in Mallorca, which will house the second property to be operated by the Four Seasons luxury hotel chain in Spain.
The Emin fund recently bought the property from the hotel chain Barceló. It will continue to be a luxury five-star property, with capacity for 110 rooms, and it will be ready by 2023, according to the architecture firm.
