The Belgian property developer Equilis has started work on the construction of its retail macro-complex in Fuenlabrada, the Nexum Retail Park Fuenlabrada. The project was announced first by Brainsre.news.
The new development includes the construction of an area spanning 26,000 square meters comprising shops, leisure facilities, restaurants and a hotel on a plot spanning 48,000 square meters. The site will also include a 600-room student residence next to the retail space. The new commercial asset is expected to attract 3 million visitors a year.
