The German real estate company Engel & Völkers closed 2021 with record figures after its brokerage volume exceeded 3.0 billion euros.
In Spain, the company managed 8,356 purchase, sale and rental operations over the past year, worth 3.2 billion euros, which allowed Engel & Völkers Spain to grow by 88% compared to 2020 and by 65.5% compared to 2019.
