The German brokerage firm Engel & Völkers has closed the purchase of the exclusive five-star 7Pines Hotel in Ibiza. In total, it has disbursed 130 million euros for the asset, in an operation advised by EY, according to market sources.
7Pines Resort Ibiza is nestled in a pine forest on the cliffs of the west coast of Ibiza between the famous Cala Conta and the secluded Cala Codolar. The property has unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea and the island of Es Vedrà.
