Engel & Völkers Development is reinforcing its activity in the logistics sector, and specifically, in the south of Madrid. The firm has launched three modular parks in Villaverde with a total rental area of around 50,000 m2.
“Each one of them complies with the highest technological and quality standards and will have units with rental spaces measuring between 2,000 and 10,000 m2”, say sources at the company.
