The real estate company Elaia has sold the building located at number 40 on Calle Atocha for €18.2 million, as reported by the firm to the Alternative Investment Market (MAB).
This asset, which is used for residential purposes and which is split into two buildings, spans 3,276 square metres, distributed across 11 homes and 4 commercial premises. According to the company, “the asset is going to be reformed into 17 apartments, with the number of commercial units staying the same”.
