The hotels are located on the coast in Cataluña and the Balearic Islands and have long-term lease contracts with Pierre & Vacances, which manages three of the assets, and Hotel Atelier.
Elaia is thereby continuing with its asset rotation strategy; it used to own fourteen properties, and it announced the sale of eight last year. The company has also announced the sale of a hotel at number 40 Calle Atocha, in Madrid, according to information submitted to the MAB.
