El Corte Inglés is continuing its movements in the real estate sector. The sale of the building, located at number 15 Calle Pintor Sorolla in Valencia, forms part of the company’s asset divestment and internal reorganization strategy, which aims to concentrate the group’s commercial offering in Spain’s main cities.
Although the details of the operation are still being finalised, the sale, which is being advised by the consulting firm CBRE, could amount to approximately four million euros, according to Economía Digital.
