El Corte Inglés is divesting real estate. The company led by Marta Ortega has put up for sale two commercial assets in Madrid’s Puerta del Sol for around 150-200 million euros, according to El Confidencial.
Specifically, the first store is located on Puerta del Sol 10. Currently, it houses a sports store belonging to the group and a restaurant owned by the chef Chicote. The property spans 4,853 square meters for hotel and commercial use.
