El Corte Inglés and the hotel company Palladium have closed the sale of their hotel chain. Specificaly, the joint venture has sold the Ayre chain to Eurazeo.
The operation amounted to more than 130 million euros and includes five hotels in Barcelona, Madrid, Córdoba and Oviedo, as well as a plot of land in Porto. In total, the portfolio comprises more than 800 rooms.
