The online auction portal Eactivos.com has announced the launch of the auction comprising more than 60 lots from the Itek Group, which has filed for bankruptcy. The auction started yesterday, 21 December, and will end on 21 January 2021.
Assets to be auctioned
The assets to be auctioned include: batches of homes, batches of land, individual plots of land, a building used for parking, a work-in-progress residential building with garages and storage rooms, a hotel plus a plot of unbuilt land, industrial warehouses, urban plots, storage rooms, parking spaces and land.
