DomusVi, the largest operator of nursing homes in Spain and the third-largest in Europe, has acquired the company Trinity Care, one of the leading nursing home companies in Ireland.
Trinity Care has been advised by CBRE Dublin.
The operation will allow DomusVi to continue with its expansion strategy in Europe. This is its first operation in Ireland. In parallel to this acquisition, CBRE REIB has advised DomusVi on the sale of assets that have been acquired by the Belgian firm Cofinimmo, one of the main REITs in Europe focusing on Healthcare.
