The real estate company Domo Gestora has announced the launch of its first rental housing development located in the Madrilenian neighbourhood of Ensanche de Vallecas (Madrid).
This is a project that the Socimi Domo Activos sold to the fund manager Catella in February for €25.5 million, as announced by Brainsre.news. And it is now marketing the property despite transferring ownership of it.
