Domo Markets its First ‘Build to Rent’ Development in Madrid

The development, located in the Ensanche de Vallecas neighbourhood of Madrid, was acquired by the fund manager Catella for €25.5 million in February.

The real estate company Domo Gestora has announced the launch of its first rental housing development located in the Madrilenian neighbourhood of Ensanche de Vallecas (Madrid).

This is a project that the Socimi Domo Activos sold to the fund manager Catella in February for €25.5 million, as announced by Brainsre.news. And it is now marketing the property despite transferring ownership of it.
