The Socimi Domo Activos has acquired 50% of the company Valdemoro Living Developments for 9.8 million euros through the subscription of 194,933 shares in the company, as reported to BME Growth.
The acquired company owns ten properties in the municipality of Valdemoro (Madrid), in the Prado-Estación area, on which the Jardines del Portillo development is being built; that promotion comprises 688 homes, most of which will be rental properties.
