
The Council of Ministers recently authorised Adif to put up for sale by public auction two urban plots for residential use in the Méndez Álvaro area of Madrid, one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods still under development inside the metropolitan core of the Spanish capital.
Several property developers and cooperative managers have shown interest in taking over these plots, including Ikasa and Domo. In this way, the cooperative manager is offering the opportunity to those interested in housing, who will have to contribute 21,000 euros, which will be returned if the auction is not won, reports Invertia.
