Diglo, the servicer launched recently by Banco Santander and underpinned by technology and digitization, has announced the start of the sale of 43 new-build homes in the Madrilenian neighbourhood of Vallecas. This is the new servicer’s first agreement with a third party.
The assets, which are owned by Vari Adapta II, an investment vehicle controlled by the company Adapta Socios, are divided into four independent promotions and span 2,595 square metres in total. Their asking prices range between 145,000 and 285,000 euros.
