Diglo has completed the delivery of two new-build complexes, Domus Aqua in Segovia and Arga Bidea in Pamplona, which together comprise 133 residential and tertiary-use properties, as reported by the servicer.
The Domus Aqua development, located in the southeast of Segovia, is made up of 80 homes with two, three and four bedrooms; and each with a secure parking space and storage room. The residential complex also includes a gym, club room, children’s play area, bicycle room, paddle tennis court, swimming pool and garden areas. In addition, it has 15 professional offices of which 13 are currently available.
