Día Signs the Largest Logistics Operation of the Year by Leasing 68,000 m2 in Toledo

Grupo Día has reached an agreement with Aquila and Cushman for the construction of a logistics platform in Illescas, Toledo, spanning 68,000 m2 and involving an investment of more than 50 million euros.

The Día supermarket group has reached an agreement with various partners for the construction of a logistics platform in Illescas, Toledo, on a total area of 127,000 square metres, of which the warehouse will occupy around 68,000 m2.

This warehouse, whose investment will involve at least 50 million euros, will be Día’s largest in Spain and will serve around 500 stores in the Community of Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha and Castilla y León. The building work will begin this summer and the new warehouse is scheduled to be operational during the first half of 2022.
