Deutsche FI Acquires Three Luxury Residential Projects in Málaga

The German fund manager has invested in three residential projects on the Costa del Sol comprising more than 350 homes after purchasing the stake held by one of the owners.

The German fund manager Deutsche Finance International (FI) has closed its first direct investment in the Spanish market. Specifically, it has invested in three luxury residential projects on the Costa del Sol comprising more than 350 homes.

The company has bought the stake held by one of the owners of the developments, who was experiencing financial problems in other operations, according to Ejeprime.
