The Mutualidad de la Abogacía has purchased a commercial building on Calle Serrano in Madrid from the German fund manager Deka Immobilien. The insurance company already owns several properties on that street, including its headquarters, which is located at number 9.
The acquired property is located at number 5 Calle Serrano and spans a surface area of 2,560 square metres, distributed over a basement floor, ground floor and three above-ground floors. The price of the transaction has not been disclosed.
