The rate of non-payments by tenants, as reported by landlords, increased by 380% during the State of Emergency, according to data from the rent monitoring platform of the File for Tenants in Default (FIM).
During the third week of March, when the mobility of citizens was first limited, the incidents reported by landlords doubled compared to the previous week.
