The real estate company Dazia Capital has announced that it will waive the rental payments for April for those commercial premises that have been forced to close as a result of Covid-19. In addition, the company is deferring the collection of the instalments for April and May from the customers of its residential developments, which are being constructed under the Darya Homes brand, until those properties have been delivered and the deeds signed.
