Dazia Capital is investing in downtown Madrid. The investment company has acquired a building to convert it into one and two-bedroom apartments.
The residential complex will comprise 23 homes, with a swimming pool and gym. The property is located on Calle Santa Catalina 5, next to Plaza de las Cortes and very close to Puerta del Sol and the newly opened Canalejas Complex.
