The medium and long-stay rental platform in Valencia, Dasha Living Space, has purchased a new building in the city. The asset, located in the Russafa neighbourhood, will be rebuilt in light of its current state, according to Valencia Plaza.
Dasha’s new property in Valencia comprises four floors and following its reconstruction, will contain eight 3-bedroom homes, each with two bathrooms and a terrace. The rental of the complex will be aimed at professionals visiting Valencia for work. For this reason, the company decided to invest in the Russafa area, since the neighbourhood is known for its leisure activities and its proximity to the city’s main shopping streets.
