For several weeks, the Cursach Group has been evaluating the possibility of selling its hotel assets for around 120 million euros. The operation would include the BH Mallorca Hotel, the Club B Hotel and BH Apartamentos, as well as the Island Beach Club, according to El Economista.
The owner of the group, Bartolomé Cursach, has been accused of allegedly leading a corruption case on the island, which, combined with the strong impact of the Covid crisis on the hotel assets, has accelerated their potential sale.
