Culmia, Oaktree’s residential developer, has launched its new luxury-housing development, Casa Grases, located in the Sarriá district of Barcelona.
The residential development consists of four 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes located in two different buildings. The building stands out for the historical value of its architecture, which has elements of wrought iron, ceramic material, hydraulic tiles, high ceilings, large porticoed galleries with stucco, sgraffito and finishes that maintain the style of the period in combination with a modern style.
