
The Consumer Price Index (CPI) fell by 0.9% in July compared to the previous month, and dropped by three-tenths y-o-y to -0.6%, according to data published this Thursday by the National Statistics Institute (INE), which coincided with the projections made at the end of last month.
The interannual CPI once again fell after a rebound of 0.6% in June, ending a four-month decline. Inflation has now been negative for four months.
