Corum has added an Amazon warehouse to its portfolio of assets in Spain. The French fund has opted into the Spanish logistics sector with its latest acquisition. The warehouse is located on the Les Puntes de Constantí industrial estate (Tarragona), and was owned by Goodman until now; it is rented to the e-commerce giant Amazon. The sale operation amounted to 22 million euros, according to Expansión.
The last-mile warehouse, which has a constructed surface area of 11,630 square metres built on a 32,500-square-metre floor, is used as a delivery station.
