Corpfin Sells Two Commercial Premises in Madrid for More than €14 Million

Corpfin Capital Real Estate's Socimi has closed the sale of two commercial premises in Madrid for 14.6 million euros. One of the assets is located on Calle Alcalá and the other is on Calle Bravo Murillo.

The companies Corpfin Capital Prime Retail Asset and Corpfin Capital Prime Retail Asset II, both partially owned (60%) by the Socimi, have closed the sale of two commercial premises for 14.6 million euros, according to reports from the BME.

The companies “have formalized by public deed the early sale of two of the three commercial premises whose purchase options were scheduled to be executed in July 2020,” said the Socimi Corpfin Capital in a statement.
