The Luxembourg-based fund Corestate Capital, which is a property developer and manager of real estate assets, has decided to expand its real estate business in Spain. Until now, the company had focused on the student residence business. In this vein, it currently has six projects underway in Spain, including five student residences that will open their doors in 2022.
Its sixth development is a coliving project that will comprise 210 apartments in Las Tablas (Madrid), which the company will build and operate itself. The development is expected to be ready in 2022, according to Christopher Hütwohl, the Director General of Corestate in Spain, speaking to Brainsre.news.
