Corestate Launches a Plan to Grow its Assets in Spain to €500 Million

In an interview with Brainsre.news, the Director General of Corestate in Spain, Christopher Hütwohl, has explained the projects that his fund has in the country and where it is preparing new student residences.

The Luxembourg-fund Corestate Capital, which is a property developer and manager of real estate assets, arrived in the Spanish market in 2016 with the purchase of a student residence in Madrid.

Now, the company has six projects underway, including five student residences that will open their doors in 2022. Of those, one is located in Barcelona, another in Valencia and another in Salamanca.
