The Luxembourg-fund Corestate Capital, which is a property developer and manager of real estate assets, arrived in the Spanish market in 2016 with the purchase of a student residence in Madrid.
Now, the company has six projects underway, including five student residences that will open their doors in 2022. Of those, one is located in Barcelona, another in Valencia and another in Salamanca.
