Conren Tramway is expanding its investment portfolio. The Spanish company, specializing in the investment and development of office assets, has completed the purchase of Braun’s former headquarters in Esplugues de Llogregat (Barcelona).
For more than 50 years, the old industrial building housed a factory for the German company Braun, which specializes in the manufacture and sale of small electrical appliances.
