Conren Tramway is continuing to expand its investment portfolio. The investment firm, led by the brothers Francisco and Jaime Enrique Hugas, is finalising the purchase of a new property, specifically, an office building located in the centre of Barcelona.
The asset in question is located at number 206, Calle Provenza on the corner with Calle Muntaner, in the Ensanche neighborhood. The building, which was owned until now by the insurer Mapfre, is leased in its entirety to the Catalan Water Agency.
