On Wednesday, the Plenary of Congress debated the decree-law approved by the Government on 7 July, which contains measures aimed at tackling the effects of the crisis caused by Covid-19 and accelerating the reactivation of the economy.

Measures regarding transport, housing and the extension of the so-called ‘social shield’ were put on the table. The plan is to extend the moratoriums on the payment of mortgage loans on main homes, business properties and consumer loans until 29 September, as reported by Europa Press.
