Colonial has proposed accepting offers for sale from the holders of these bonds up to a maximum amount of 300 million euros between two issues, “notwithstanding the company’s right to modify this amount,” it specified in a statement to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

Specifically, the offer is being launched to the holders of its 500 million euro and 600 million euro bonds with a coupon of 2.728% maturing in June 2023 and a coupon of 1.45% maturing in October 2023, respectively.
