Together with Wittywood, the Socimi Colonial is going to construct the first fully wooden office building in Spain, which will span 4,100 square metres. The property is going to be located on Calle Llacuna number 42, in Barcelona’s 22 @ technology district.
The Socimi’s new building, which is due to be completed in the second half of 2021, will involve an investment of 12 million euros, including the purchase of the site and the cost of construction.
