Colonial has improved its financing by extending the terms of its liquidity lines through a new sustainable line of credit amounting to 1 billion euros.
Until recently, the Socimi Colonial had 875 million euros available through two credit lines maturing in 2022 and 2023. They will now be cancelled and replaced by this new financing line, according to the Socimi in a statement filed with the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
