A very limited impact on the company’s business. This is how Colonial has quantified the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic on its real estate business, which mainly focuses on the rental of office buildings in Madrid, Barcelona and Paris.
The Socimi has reacted to the crisis by analysing deferral systems and subsidies for its tenants affected by the closure of their businesses during the State of Emergency, according to Juan José Brugera, President of Colonial, speaking at the firm’s General Shareholders’ Meeting.
