The Socimi Colonial has launched a share buyback program worth up to 25 million euros and involving three million shares, which corresponds to 0.59% of the company’s current share capital, as reported to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
The firm led by Pere Viñolas assures that the purpose of the operation is “to cover the share delivery plan approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting in 2014, which was extended by the Shareholders’ Meeting in 2020”.
