To mark the celebration of its investor day, the Socimi Colonial has published its forecasts for the remainder of this tax year, as well as for the years ahead.
So far this year, Colonial has sold assets worth 240 million euros; and it expects to complete additional divestments amounting to almost 300 million euros. The Socimi does not rule out making some selective purchases and it explains that its pending developments are progressing at a good pace.
