Colonial and its French subsidiary Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL) have converted all of their outstanding bonds, which amount to 4.6 billion euros in total, into green bonds, as reported by the two companies.
Specifically, the bondholders have approved the modification of the use of the funding proceeding from those bonds away from “general corporate purposes” to “the financing or refinancing of a portfolio of eligible green assets”.
